Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA)
The Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) is an accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education (USDE) responsible for accrediting dental education programs in the United States. Established in 1975, CODA evaluates and accredits dental education programs at the predoctoral, advanced, and specialty levels to ensure that they meet or exceed established standards of quality and excellence. CODA accreditation is voluntary and serves as a mark of quality assurance for dental education programs.
